Casa Beal’s wine Cim de Cel has won great international acceptance and really good critical notes from the experts.
The low environmental humidity during the whole process of maturing allows us to concentrate and preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes and achieve a balance between sugars and acidity in the must, which, fermented at very low temperature, gives a wine of top quality. The result is a wine from altitude which is fresher and full of aromas. Cim de Cel is a pale yellow wine with greenish lights, with a touch of sparkle. It has intense aromas of exotic fruit, such as litchis, with a floral touch recalling rose petals on a spicy background.
